4 Outside Funding –Very difficult to get financial support from companies in Korea due to severe economic crisis –But the high exchange rate of Korean won to US dollars helps a lot in balancing the budget –Thus we can expect a small budget surplus without financial support from the companies in Korea. –We are still seeking financial support from US and Korean companies and government agencies (NSF, ONR, etc.). –Financial support from HP in US of around 3000US$.
