5 Business user Registere d user Chose between Registered user and Business User. For incorporation of LLP we need to select Business User Phase-I

6 A Registered User has access to some functionalities like procuring DPIN in addition to all the basic e-Services of LLP which are available to a Registered User. Users under this category primarily need not to have a based login and is not bifurcated under special category as in case of Business User. Registered User A Business User has access to certain specific functionalities like e filing, in addition to all the basic e-Services of LLP which are available to a Registered User. Users under this category primarily have a 'DSC' based login and consist of practising members of ICSI/ICAI/ICWAI and individuals associated with companies. Business User Phase-I

13 Type your user id and password created while registering Phase-II

14 Click on E-forms to Fill other Incorporation e -forms Phase-II

15 In this page you will see all the forms available for filing. At present only Form 1 and 7 is available. Phase-II

16 Form has a unique feature of saving it here itself. And when you login later on you can click on Load draft to see the earlier saved form. Phase-II Save Draft: This feature is used to save your form on your account Load Draft: This feature is to load your saved draft

17  It is to be noted that the form is in XML form rather than PDF form.  Form 7 will be saved on website only and not on your system.  Make the Online Payment of Form 7.  We need to take physical print of the form and submit the same with the Ministry along with Identity and Address Proof. Phase-II

20 Proposed Name of LLP. Maximum Six choices are available for user. Written down the Significance of the Proposed Name. Whether your Name is subject to the Trade Mark or Not. Form1: Application for Reservation of Name

21 Make necessary attachments like copy of Trade Mark Registration if the name is subject to Trade Mark registration or a copy of Board Resolution where any Company is Partner. Form1: Application for Reservation of Name

22 Verification to be done by the Person signing the Form. Click preview to check that all the requirements of the Form has been filed. Do not forget to save the Form. Form1: Application for Reservation of Name

23 Attach your Signature Form1: Application for Reservation of Name

24 Click here to proceed further for making payment. Select your Signature & Click Sign.

25 Make online Payment. Currently the offline mode is not available. Form1: Application for Reservation of Name

26  MCA will at later stage will notify other forms required for Incorporation of LLP.
