Creating a New Publication Start Publisher, and then click one of the publication types in the Publication Types list. For example, click Newsletters. Start Publisher, and then click one of the publication types in the Publication Types list. For example, click Newsletters.

In the Newsletters catalog, click the design that you want

After select design of choice Wizard will pop up. Select “OK”

Choose what Personal Information Set you would like to include

Select “Include color scheme in this set” to change or keep already existing scheme (70 Color Schemes to choose from)

Once color scheme is selected and you’ve “updated” your newsletter you can select to the right of the newsletter a one or two- sided printing

Changing your Newsletter Font Scheme To the left of your newly created newsletter select “Font Schemes” To the left of your newly created newsletter select “Font Schemes” Once you’ve decided on a desired font double-click on it Once you’ve decided on a desired font double-click on it

By selecting a different font scheme it transform your entire newsletter

Select “Page Content” to give your page a more organized layout of material

Final step is to select “Print Preview” to view document in its entirety

Sending Newsletter in an Email On the File menu, click “Send to” option On the File menu, click “Send to” option Select “Mail Recipient” Select “Mail Recipient”

Your email account will open up with the newsletter included in the body. Select “Send This Page” once all information is completed
