1. Volume
The perimeter of a shape is the total distance around the edge of a shape.

The Area of a plane figure is the amount of space it occupies. Area is measured by calculating how many squares it would take to cover the figure.

The Volume of a solid shape is the amount of space it occupies.
Volume is measured in cubic cm or cm3
Other common units for volume are:
