3 Cheese and milk products In mountain areas milk products such as whey, cottage cheese, bryndza (salted sheep curd) and sheep cheese are very popular we can get them in Liptov region

4 Cabbage soup Traditional slovak soup prepared at the end of the year – for Christmas and New Years Eve Except cabbage soup consists of sausages and mushrooms
