4  Ellen Foley, Mother of Daniel- says the Welbys robbed them of their only son  Derek Kyle, friend of Daniel- says Daniel was a really nice guy and wasn’t a druggie or drunkie  Doris Winslow, neighbors of the Welbys- says the Welbys are really nice people and have helped her  Neal Foley, father of Daniel- says they have lost so much since the accident. They have financial problems.  Sharon Legros, Paul’s English teacher- says Paul is a nice guy and a good student WITNESSES/PARTICIPATES

5  Edward and Jean allowed Danny and Paul, underage teenagers, drink numerous amounts of alcohol  They left the boys home alone with the alcohol and car  The boys drove the car and got into a horrible accident leaving Danny unconscious and Paul is now fine  Paul drove the car while drunk  Danny was the passenger of a drunk driver, he was drunk as well  Witnesses  George Snow, owner of George’s bar & grill- he said Jean and Ed came into his bar to celebrate. He said they weren’t really drunk and ordered a couple of beers. Ed was celebrating and having a good time.  Dennis Stoke, police officer- he said the boys were speeding down the interstate weaving over the dividing line  George Baines, M.D.- He said Daniel Foley suffered a traumatic brain injury resulting in a coma. 11  Edward Brooks served a keg of beer at a New Years Eve party  This resulted in the death of two teenagers in a car crash  He could receive up to 5 years for each count if convicted  He hosted the party for about 50 people in celebration of his daughter’s birthday  The two teenagers crashed into a tree on their way home around 2 A.M. WEBSTER MAN CHARGED FOR HOSTING KEG PARTY FOR TEENS

12  I think Ed and Jean Welby should be responsible for all of Danny’s medical bills and expenses. I also think that Ed and Jean Welby should be convicted for serving alcohol to minors and their irresponsible actions. Ed should receive at least 5 years in prison for his actions. Jean should serve atleat 3 years in prison. WHAT SHOULD THE OUTCOME BE?
