Definition of terminology: good standing Better definition for users “Ambassador” Privilege not right Sign to accept responsibility for fines and replacement costs Understand that bad behaviour carries sanctions across SA and at home. Clearer procedures for library staff Don’t offer SA to students who habitually break your rules Emphasise user responsibilities Work closely with contacts of other libraries to get users to comply Libraries don’t pay fines!
