We put everything on the web… Have to know who “owns” a service to find it Have to embark upon a Scavenger Hunt Have to Negotiate the Lingo Maze Acronyms and Abbreviations and Secret Codes References to internal organizational relationships and history Have to log into multiple websites and applications Multiple userid’s and passwords “Don’t you people talk to each other?” So why aren’t my users happy?
