SAT VOCABULARY Section 1

Here’s how this will work… You will have a vocabulary quiz every week on these terms. Each week there will be 10 new words. At the end of the nine weeks you will have a vocabulary test that will be CUMMULATIVE— meaning it will include all of the words from the 9 weeks.

Collaborate Work together towards a common goal I love when students collaborate during class work and work diligently to understand the material.

Impute Attribute or credit to I impute my success to my hard work and the guidance I received from my mentors.

Bias A partiality (opinion) that prevents objective consideration of a situation I may be bias, but Mrs. Hodges has the best students in her 1 st block here at Nansemond River High School.
