7 Genetta Wetlands Project  Plants have been added.

8 Montogmery Bioretention Basin  Have a few plants that need replacing  Have monitored and drains very well  Will work with City to keep watered this summer if necessary

9 Cypress Creek/Swamp  COE still working on feasibility of creek restoration.  GMC working with ALDOT on several options of restoration credit

10 Cypress Nature Park Annual Spring Walk About  9:00 AM Saturday, April 20, 2013  Meet at Parking Lot at end of Communications Parkway off of North Ripley/Lower Wetumpka Road  Two Tours: (a) Bill Campbell will lead a 1 ½ - 2 hour expedition to show and name all of plant and animal life and the wetland area and three big ravines. (b) Robert Cope will lead a truck ride and walking tour of the principal highlights, including Cypress Swamp, the three big ravines, scenic views within the park and panoramic views from the high bluffs above the park.  We suggest the following: Hat, Outdoor or athletic shoes, Mosquito spray, Camera, Long sleeves, Water, Walking stick

12 Rain Barrel Workshops  Two spring workshops  April 13 and May 5 with Tallapoosa  Had 25 people at last weeks workshop  Around 15 already signed up for May
