Final Mod Updates Add in Charging Objectives Change to table in Charging Methodology Section. Clarify within day quantity rule for kWh/h: Registered (kWh/d) = Successful bid (kWh/h) x hrs remaining in day 3.2.7) reworded - paragraph about JBP communications Add in that CMP quantities will be published (on UK Link) before each long term auction Suspend ad-hoc increases for Oct 2015 (IPs only) Added the default bid rule the for first small price step round. 2

Updates Continued - Contingency In the event of a PRISMA outage the Overruns will be suspended at IPs if the duration of the outage last for either: 6 consecutive within day auctions, at any point for a gas day 4 consecutive within day auctions, if the outage starts at 19:00 or later (NG view that if PRISMA develops a contingency process then the enhanced overrun suspension rules for IPs will need to be reviewed). 3

Updates Continued - Transition Auctions will commence on 31 st Oct 2015 but other capacity processes can/will be available earlier than this. An ‘Operational Start Date’ will be added into the transition rules in the mod. On this date then the following processes will be ready and available. PRISMA Registration CMP Surrender Secondary Trading Voluntary Bundling Date of Operational Start Date will be communicated nearer the time (but before 1 st Nov 2015). Dependencies: Bacton Splitting and PRISMA kWh/d functionality 4

Next Steps - 500 Updated mod + legal text released at least 5 business days before next WG (5 th Nov). Please review, and feedback any concerns to NG before next WG. All being well - complete DMR on 5 th Nov. This is in time for November panel 9
