1. Click on “Pending Assessments” 2. Click on Assessment Line Allows you to view any attached documents CMs provide Allows you to access the assigned rubric

Scoring Option #1: Row-by-Row Click on appropriate column to score rubric row Full text of observable indicators Space to write comments for each rubric row (if needed)

Scoring Option #2: All Rows Click on appropriate column to score rubric row Space to write comments for each rubric row (if needed) Full text of observable indicators

Scoring Option #3: All Rows with Full Text Click on appropriate column to score rubric row Space to write comments for each rubric row (if needed) Full text of observable indicators

Provide Overall Comments for CM (if needed) Upload any attachments (if needed)

To release results to CMs: Notify Student = Yes Release Results = Immediately Click “Save” to release results to CMs

Getting Here: Main Menu – Assessment – Assess Allows you to see assessments you have to complete Allows you to see if any assessments are being “Held” (i.e. did not get sent to CM)

Challenges & Responses Corps Member ChallengesOur Response “I don’t know how to submit in Chalk & Wire” All 2012, 2013, & 2014 CMs submissions will be preloaded to your account once all rosters have been finalized **(6) Submissions will be submitted to your account for each CM. Not ALL CMs will need (6) visits but we will delete any extras in the Spring. Please ensure you assess the following: Visit #1 = 2014-2015 Field Instruction Rubric #1 Visit #2 = 2014-2015 Field Instruction Rubric #2 Visit #3 = 2014-2015 Field Instruction Rubric #3 Visit #4 = 2014-2015 Field Instruction Rubric #4 Visit #5 (if needed) = 2014-2015 Field Instruction Rubric #5 Visit #6 (if needed) = 2014-2015 Field Instruction Rubric #6
