3. WHAT’S WORKING…. School-Based Dental Clinic: Teen Wellness Center located in the Dulce High-School Dental Champion – school nurse Access for Grade 5 thru 12 Preventive Services- Cleanings, OHI, Fluoride Applications and Sealants No Broken Appointments / Captured Audience

4. WHAT’S WORKING…. Open Access Clinics No Appointments Needed for Patients Age 0 – 5 Currently Wednesday Afternoons Visual Screening, Toothbrush Prophy, OHI, GI Sealants, & Fluoride Application

5. NOT SO MUCH… WIC: unable to establish a Dental Champion and get foot in door Mailings- letters sent to homes of 1 and 2 year olds achieved minimal response Well-Child Visits- Our Medical Clinic does not use a “Block-Style” to schedule Well- Child Appointments. Therefore, it was difficult to establish a collaboration that was productive.
