P REFIX A prefix is a letter or a group of letters added to the beginning of a word.

It changes the meaning of a word. For example; Re Un Each of these letter group means something. For example; Re=again or back Un=not

So when you add these prefixes to a word..... It changes the meaning of the word!!! Look at the root word do re+do=redo ! This means to do again. Lets do some more!!!

S UFFIX A suffix is a word part added to the end of a root word.

It also changes the meaning of a word. For example; -able -less -s Each of these letter group means something. For example; able= capable less=without s= more than one
