4. JUSTIFICATION Domotics is a group of systems able to automate a house combining energy services, security and comfort. It is important to make emphasis that an intelligent home allows to save energy, in such a way that a good administration in rational and controlled of the electronic apparatuses help in great scale to the sustainable country development. The comfort allows the user to have the absolute control of all the devices of the home for remote control or in automatic form
