2. Using the FGI Template Please use the supplied template This will provide a consistent look Let the template set fonts and text colors  Don’t change text colors unless needed  Font sizes should be good in the template

3. Use Good PowerPoint Technique Aim for 6 bullets or less per page Try not  To use Too Many Sublevels Use NOTES (below) to describe more detail

4. Pictures Insert pictures as needed in presentation  Pictures should not have company logos  Pictures should not have watermarks  Please create a caption to explain each picture o Describe the picture in the caption  You give FGI rights to use the pictures provided  Compress pictures after presentation is finalized

5. Example Picture of a Liner and Cover This slide layout is specially designed to insert pictures and to provide a space for you to insert captions. This slide layout is recommended for any full size pictures you want to insert.

6. Commercialism Commercialism is to be avoided  Describe materials by type and thickness o A trade name can be used only once per presentation o Identify manufacturer only once per presentation  Presenter’s company affiliation and logo o Can be placed on first and last slide only o No other logos to be inserted in the presentation
