Instructions for SAREP Template This PowerPoint is made up of 15 slide templates providing various designs that may be altered to fit your presentation. Why Use These Templates? They are cohesive with the new ASI website design They are cohesive with each other (note the same use of font, colors, and style) They promote a presentation design that is predominantly visual, engaging, and easy for your audience to consume Remember: These slides are suggestions! Feel free to edit if your images and/or text do not fit within the template parameters and to experiment with what you feel looks best. To save: (1) edit this presentation to your liking then (2) click “File” and (3) choose “Save As” and (4) rename the presentation and save wherever you would like

Instructions for SAREP Template Tips on How to Use To duplicate a slide: right click and choose “Duplicate Slide” To delete a slide: either (1) click on a slide and press the “Delete” key or (2) right click on a slide and choose “Delete Slide” To change a picture but keep layout: right click the image and choose “Change Picture” To remove existing pictures and change layout: (1) click on the image and press the “Delete” key and (2) do your best to arrange images geometrically with no overlap To make a concept visualization more accessible to your audience: (1) use a base slide (see example slide 14) and build off of this (see example slide 15) and (2) utilize white space so that your information is not overwhelming and (3) provide as minimal text as possible
