2. This add-on helps Administrators to keep track of vouchers created by users from a single screen. If you are using Multiuser Gold License, you can see the data entries live along with real time cash balance and bank balance.

3. Features:- Track which user created which voucher in real time in one screen. Check if entries are correct or not from the Dashboard itself – no need to switch in other reports to check. While you are watching the live entries you can correct instantly You can export and e-mail also. Dashboard will show automatically on opening company. Only Administrator can see the dashboard. Users of other security levels cannot see it. It also displays user defined voucher types, optional voucher types. Note: This Add-on will display only the user who created the voucher. If voucher is altered by a different user, the results (Amount / Party name) will be updated, but user name will still display as created user and will not be changed to the user who altered.

4. Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add On Features Set “Yes” to the option “Enable Admin Live Dashboard?” And if you want to see popup of Admin Live Dashboard on company start up then set “Yes” to option “Enable Dashboard Pop-Up?”

5. To use this add-on, you have to activate the ‘Security Control’ from company master.

6. Then, create the users for the company. Go to Gateway of Tally > Company Info > Security Control (if you have already created the Users then ignore it.)

7. Login by Administrator E.g. “Admin” (Note: The option ‘Live Dashboard’ available only for Administrator Login)

8. Go to Gateway of Tally >"Live Dashboard”

9. Here you can see the screen shot of ”Admin Live Dashboard”, where there is no entry in Vouchers.

10. For Example, if Data Entry operator is Logging in: Sales entry created by “User 1” as shown below.

11. Then “User 2” created “Receipt Voucher” as shown below: Receipt voucher created by “User 2” as shown below:

12. -Likewise many users can enter their respective entries and the admin can see live tracking of information being entered in the vouchers at the same time and in the same screen viz. Live Dashboard screen. -After the completion of the entries or at the same time when the transactions are being entered, the admin will see the live transaction’s dashboard of Today’s Date, Filters can be used i.e.F2 Button for Period and “Alt+F1” button for condensed or detailed report (In the detailed type screen the admin can also see the date on which the voucher entry has been passed).

14. You can export the Dashboard up to any range, as shown below:
