2 DEVELOPMENT OF DELIBERATIVE RACIAL INTERGRATION  Developed from the point of view of deliberative democracy and cosmopolitan citizenship of the world  The norm promotes engagement of free and equal participants with each other in open debates  The approach has the capacity to recognize the distinct others and their vulnerabilities

3 DEVELOPMENT OF DELIBERATIVE RACIAL INTERGRATION  Deliberative racial integration in this paper will refer to a racial integration process that is shaped and given direction by democratic deliberations as well as cosmopolitan norms and values  Approach entails four normative ideas for relationship and dispositions of deliberations known as inclusion, equality, reasonableness and three pillars of cosmopolitan known as compassion, hospitality and belligerence.

4 CONSTITUTIVE MEANING OF DRI  DRI is an approach founded on a deliberative culture  It places a premium on the condition of life that are constituted by inclusion, equality, publicity, deliberations, hospitality, compassion and belligerence  Akolequities of a deliberative R I approach in promoting management of racial integration in south africa public schools

Supported by citizen of world or cosmopolitan elements known as: 1. COMPASSION 2. HOSPITALITY 3. BELLIGERANCE
