5. Once you logged in successfully, you will reach a page that shows information about your child. You have to click on personal to edit the information.

6. Submission is open till Oct 10,2015. Kindly ensure that details are as accurate as possible. In case any change required in future,you have to send a written application which will be followed up in due course.
