3. Connecticut District Council Christian Education Association  Made up of PAW churches in the state. In Connecticut there is 30 churches.  Each church is represented by a local Superintendent. Large churches May have an assistant Superintendent and a local Director of Christian Education.  Local Superintendents reports into the Director of Christian Education of the Connecticut District Council  The CDC Director of Christian Education reports to the CDC CEA Superintendent.

Demographics  Baby Boomers are becoming the largest population in the U.S. causing a demographic shift.  According to the 2008 U.S. Census Bureau between 2010 and 2020 the age group of 55 will increase by 28%.  This age group will influence public policy.  Adult learners will become a major part of the educational landscape.
