Retail/Commercial Market Evaluation Analysis timeframe was based on current conditions as of Summer 2008 Current analysis indicated that the area can support: Up to 188,000 square feet new commercial development 100-room hotel Projected future conditions: The area is a good infill location with high traffic counts and available, inexpensive acreage Issues and Opportunities
