16 Success as a First Year Teacher Depends on three factors 1.Do you dress appropriately? (More from Dr. Wong later) 2.Do you turn everything in on time? (grades, forms, lesson plans, etc.) 3.Are you where you’re supposed to be when you are supposed to be there? (duty, meetings, conferences, etc.)
