8. The mindset and the mechanics Attitude and ethos are vital Openness is an important factor But changing culture requires more than this …so don’t overlook the process.

9. What does success look like? It looks like your problems are being solved! Remember the ‘problem’ slide earlier Don’t get distracted – e.g. by ‘happy campers’.

10. Where are you now? What is working well? What needs to be improved? Do the ‘gap analysis’.

11. Enjoy the journey! It should be fun! If it isn’t, you are probably doing something wrong.

12. …but never forget… Agile is an enabler. It is a means to an end and not the end in itself!
