#lgaworkforce Single Fraud Investigation Service Timescale: June 2014, October 2014 to March 2016 Transfer terms: –TUPE itself? –‘COSOP’ type Statutory Transfer Order: Transfers staff with protections against dismissal (no time limit), but no informing and consulting duties. Terms and conditions changes can be agreed, subject to normal rules
