6  Structure:  Flexible  Time  Location  Instruction  Assessment  Curriculum  Based on Student Responsibility and Production

7  Structure:  Based on Student need  Location  Instruction  Must be done in a different manner than what the students have experienced before.

8  Structure:  Similar to what we have now  Time More Structured  Curriculum Personalized for the Learner  Defined Curriculum Path

9  2011-2012  Meet every Tuesday after school  First Tuesday-Tech Academy  Second Tuesday-Alternative Academy  Third Tuesday-F2F Academy  Fourth Tuesday-Chairs meet to share out  2:30-3:30  Attend whichever you like as often as you like  No Participation Equals No Complaining  Vision is completed no later than last Tuesday in June

10  2012-2013  Implement Professional Development for Staff for each Academy  Adjust Academy Vision based on current information  If needed  Prepare for Implementation

11  2013-2014  Open New Academies  Review and Adjust as needed
