Create or expand a public computer center: Broadband access and technology training to public 768 kilobits per second downstream and 200 kbps upstream Access and training to Illinois workNet portal Access and training to GEDi Access and training on NLS/digital download audio books Promote access to Illinois Legal Aid Online/legal information Dedicate staff (or hire contractor) Sustain project after the grant expires Public Computer Center - Round Two December 2009

6. Participating libraries will provide public broadband access and support technology training and educational programs for at least 15 hours per week Training might involve formal classes, group projects, self- paced or one-on-one instruction Participating libraries will be encouraged to develop additional programs that meet the local broadband access and training needs Public Computer Center - Round Two December 2009
