What is a lesson plan? guide for teaching a lesson. it is the goal (what the teacher wants the kids to learn) the procedures for reaching this goal (the format of the lesson) Measuring the goals accomplished (a handout, project, test).

What is an action plan? A sequence of steps that must be taken, or activities that must be performed well, for a strategy to succeed.
