The Idea : The idea is to make a modern Gastropub/publichouse Dining room on the ground floor & sportspub at the 1. floor 3 cours menu at the dining room, burger & Fish n´chips at the sportsbar We only use Local & fresh commodities We are Engaged in the local comunity ( support the local rugby team) The inside is kept in a old victorian style, whit Old classic english furnitures

The concept : Open 7 day a week English classic food whit a modern twist No wine, only beers to the menues The beers are only local produced Middel low prices Changes menu every month Speccial events ( market day, family day, football dinner etc.)

The Menu Starters : Ham hock terrine with duckliver homemade piccalilli, shallots and fresh herbs Smoked Salmon Picked cucumber, horseradish and watercress Steamed mussels with white wine, cream and parsley Roasted Jerusalem artichoke soup with toasted almonds and croutons

Mains Sheppards pie of fareham lamb crispy salad on the side Beef weelington Whit mashed potatoes & baked onions Whole grilled Cockerel with roasted winter vegetables and salad Halibut Roasted on the bone with braised leeks and a caper jus
