Their contribution allow the doctor to do what he does best, focus on getting patients well. Front Desk CA Oversees all activity at the Reception Counter. Checks patents in and out, handles transactions, helps patients make appointments, follow ups with missed appointments, educates patients, handles telephone calls in and out and much, much more. This is a real LEADERSHIP ROLE. Rehab CA The Rehab CA’s are very hands-on with our patients. They help patients with their in-office and at-home rehab programs as per the doctor’s prescription. Rehab CA’s also assist with patient diagnostics.

As a translator, this CA is the connector between our foreign doctor and his patient base, who are largely locals. When not translating she will assist the doctor with adjusting tools and take notes for the doctor. This position is “ON THE FRONT LINES” and this CA learns in depth about Chiropractic and Natural Healing Principles while witnessing the body’s miraculous capacity for self-healing. Translation is English to Mandarin & vise versa. Office Administrators Typical office Admin duties here. In addition to HR responsibilities such as conducting 1st interviews, keeping track of staff annual leave and so on, our Admin should also be very organized and have an Accounting background. She will prepare collections reports for the MD and liaise with the company’s accountant and other financial professionals. The Admin is also in-charge of office maintenance and prepares inventory reports on various stock supplies.
