Imaginative composition is the act of building up pictures in colour with the theme drawn from imagination,observation and personal experiences from the environment.A composition is the basic structure of all pictorial works such as painting, graphic design,textiles e.t.c. Pictorial means(of a picture).Lines, tones and colour are used to create shapes in a picture.
Imaginative composition requires the following aspect :
Arranging and re-arranging of forms.
Laying emphasis on some shapes and surbordinating others(making others less important).

2. Building up sizes and forms.
Matching colours together.
Introducing effective contracts of light and shade.
Adding and substituting one element with one another.
