11. 11 Challenges (2 of 2) Two attempts at nominations based on administrative work in developing P&Ps –Perhaps the Awards Committee could consider clarifying the HKA criteria Started a log of decisions and lessons learned, for future HKA chairs –Recommend that the Awards website be updated to ask for examples of diplomacy
