Acknowledging an alarm Alarm acknowledged but not returned to normal Alarm Recovery An alarm recovery is the process by which the alarm summary of the Central is synchronized with the alarm state of points in the Point Server. When the Central first connects to a Point Server or the list of Assets it is interested in receiving notifications for changes, it tells the Point Server which Assets it is interested in receiving alarms from. At this time the Point Server should initiate an alarm recovery, which will send a list of alarms for points in the specified Assets that are active.
