Virginia Ball Center Project Learn through experience & work Create audiovisual media and interactive displays for the “Pathway to Water Quality” exhibit at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. You will work with community partners. You will travel to visit museums and exhibits of your choice to get inspiration for your work. You can earn up to 15 credit hours. To enhance and upgrade the exhibit development of new audiovisual media and interactive exhibits to improve interaction and public education about soil and water quality and conservation to urban population Focus - on the information transfer by use of technology & media in public education collaborate with Teleplex and iLearn to develop these audiovisual materials. The topics you will study and work on: Science about soil and water quality, pollution and their conservation. Public education via effective interpretation. Development of audio and video media for the exhibit. Presentation of the final product to the public forum and the community partner. Work as professionals in collaboration with the Steering Committee of the exhibit. You will work in a multidisciplinary team. The course will be steered by YOU - enrolled students.
