Phone calls and exact conversation that has taken place Vital signs Medications that are administered Everything that is done in the office in behalf of the patient

CONCLUSION These are just a few of the responsibilities of a Medical Assistant While it is very demanding, it is very rewarding. Whether it be a smile from a patient or a thank you. sometimes it is them crying on your shoulder, you end the day knowing you made a difference
