FAMILY-FRIENDLY PRACTICES Employers are more flexible to families. Examples: 1.Daycare 2.Flexible hours 3.Telecommute- telecommuters work from home or on the road, staying in contact with their employers electronically. Greenwood offers its employees the Gatorland daycare center during the day.
