2. Loading Media Player  Click Start  Select the Windows Media Player

3. Installing Windows Media Player  First time you use, go through set-up Wizard  Click Next

4. Installing Windows Media Player  Select the Privacy Options  Click Next

5. Installing Windows Media Player  Customize the Installation Options  Select Finish

6. Copying from CD Select the Copy from CD option

7. Copying from CD  Uncheck all Titles  Check only songs you wish to copy

8. Click Copy Music

9. Copying from CD Settings  Windows Media Player enables you to protect the music.  Do not add copy protection if using music on any other computer

10. Copying from CD  Select Do not add copy protection Understand the music copies… Click Next

11. Copying from CD  Select Keep my current format settings  Click Finish

12. Copying to Folder Complete  Music file has been copied to C:\My Documents  Close Media Player

13. Locating the Music File  Click Start  Select My Documents

14. Locating the Music File  Click on My Music  Click on Name of music folder  Click on name of music file

15. Copying Music File to Network  Right Click name of music file  Select Copy

16. Copying Music File to Network Double click your network folder

17. Copying Music File to Network  Select your CSC Class folder

18. Copying Music File to Network  Open PowerPoint folder  Right click and paste music file into same folder as PowerPoint Presentation

19. Music File Has Been Copied Into Network Folder File is ready to insert into Presentation
