Go on to the Greensward Academy website and click on webmail.

Then type in your username and password.

Then press log on.

Press new if you want to write a new email.

Type in the persons email that you want to use or if you have sent them a email already then type in the first letter of there name and then press there name and it will appear in the to box

Type in the message that you want to send.

Press send when you want to send it.

Then press inbox when you want to read a email and then if you want to reply then press reply.

When you press reply a box will come up and then you can type your message and press send.

Once you are done then you can go back to your normal screen and wait for another email to come through.

To send attachments press the little paper clip at the top and then a box will come up and then press browse to find your piece of work and then press attach and the press send.

To send a email to more than one person type in two names into the send bar and type a message and then press send.
