2 The ICTD African Researchers Network is a growing group of Africa-based researchers, started at ICTD 2010, interested in improving ICTD scholarship on the continent. This session will provide a space to collaborate practically on research ideas and quality with the goal of producing short papers for future publication. 2015/11/142
