HLC – Contractual Arrangements Institution outsources some portion of one or more of its educational programs … unaccredited… –Less than 25% - Commission Notification –25%-50% Prior Commission Approval –More than 50% - will receive intense scrutiny and will not be approved by the Commission except in exceptional circumstances 6

2012 Submitted the IBEW/NECA HLC Application Received approval from HLC for the contractual arrangement between the 11 colleges and IBEW/NECA Electrical Trades Apprenticeship Program Initiated the Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Pathway 9

2013 Submitted the HLC application for Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Statewide Partnership Panel Continue with additional apprenticeship programs Carpentry 10
