4. His Career Piotr Gruszkas sports career began in his hometown of Kęty. In 1989 he started playing volleyball and his first coaches were Andrzej Pietrzyk and Marek Błasiak. His first professional club was Hejnał Kęty. Now he is playing for Delecta Bydgoszcz.
