1 Studying of agricultural valuable traits of Triticale and development of new technologies for using of triticale as a forage crop Head of the Project : Dr. Turakulov Kh.S. Academy of Sciences of Republic of Uzbekistan Institute of Genetics and Plant Experimental Biology

2 Studying possibility of triticale as green forage for cattle during winter time and getting additional grain yield in summer time. Objectives:

3 Tasks: Studying biology of the triticale as a forage crop. Studying restoration of triticale and wheat crops after mechanical damage. Studying of plant biomass increasing till booting stage and plants maturing stage. Studying possibility of using triticale fields as a pasture for grazing of small cattle. Economical analyses of double using of triticale on small farms.

4 Expected results from the project: Results of the realized project give possibility for using triticale as a forage crop for cattle during winter time on small farms and getting grain yield from the same field in summer by additional fertilization and irrigation of the plants during spring time.
