7. RPMS Reporting Logic Measure Exclusion: EPs who do not collect any reportable syndromic surveillance information on patients during the EHR reporting period are excluded from this measure. Where no public health agency exists that has the capacity to receive information electronically during the EHR reporting period, the provider may be excluded from this measure and will have to attest to this in separate documentation to CMS.
