5. SIP 1) Improve Assessment Practice and Outcomes:  i) Preparation of question pools (March 2013)  ii) Maintaining student’s portfolio  iii) Train the teachers in differentiated assessment. Step 4: Implementation of ADEC recommendations

6. 2) Improve teaching and Learning: i.Focused training and subject based demonstration of the DI -classes. ii.Preparation of lesson plans accordingly. iii.Class observation & feedback. iv.Analysis of standardized tests & formulating remedial measures. SIP
