3. What is a possessive pronoun?
A noun that shows ownership is a possessive noun. Some pronouns can take the place of possessive nouns. A pronoun that shows ownership is called a possessive pronoun.

He tells how he and Michael’s mother were chased by hunters. People should make sure gorillas in the wild are protected.
