Current digital television migration process Section one Section two Section three Section four Section five LEGAL ENVIROMENT: NATIONAL PROGRAM FOR TRANSITION OF RADIO AND TELEVISION BROADCASTINGS TO THE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY / 275 th Government Resolution in 2010/ The first aim: To create the legal environment for transition of radio and television broadcastings to the digital technology. The second aim: To make technological solution for transition of radio and television broadcastings to the digital technology. The third aim: To organize framework for transition of radio and television broadcastings to the digital technology according to the unified plan in terms of the geographical position partly and step by step. The fourth aim: To organize the training and advertise about the program to the citizen, institutions and economic entity. Switch off analogue station on July 31, 2014

3.Network, which is transmitting the system of Analogue technology in Mongolia now, will be terminated at 12 am, 31 st July, 2014, and the digital technology system will start in use. 4.To take advice from foreign and domestic countries, to disseminate the experiences of the foreign countries, which have been already transmitted to the digital radio and television broadcasting system. 5.To formulate the instructions and recommendation and to advertise to the public. 6.To organize the training and advertisement among the citizen.
