Not being benefits-oriented It’s a time thing. To be relevant, you must solve immediate problems. Test : Can you state the benefit you're giving in one sentence? If not, you probably don't have a salable idea.

Not adding enough value Especially with a Lead Magnet, the cost is low, so you may be tempted to give less value, not more. Goal : Get people hooked on your ebooks. Give them the best you've got so they want to buy your high-value products.

Final Tip Create a RESOURCE, not an EBOOK. You want something that people will come back to often. That way they begin to see you as a guide, someone they trust to show them what's next.
