8 Grading policy: The preceding rubric for the course will be used to evaluate all work. 91-100 pointsA 81-90 pointsB 80 pointsC Candidates will be required to redo any work that falls below Approaching Mastery on course rubric. Candidates may redo work at Approaching Mastery to achieve At Mastery. Once At Mastery is achieved, no more further versions will be accepted for evaluation.

9  While attendance is not a standard, Buffalo SUNY requires that all classes be attended. Arriving late to class or leaving early is not acceptable.  The expectation is that all assignments will be completed in a timely manner; students will come to class prepared for discussion and/or activities that are assigned during class time.  Participation in class discussion and activities will help determine student understanding and level of mastery.  Assigned papers, presentations, and written activities are expected to be proofread for spelling and grammar errors.
