2013 ACT 138: Allowing Credit Earned in Grade 7 or 8 to Count as High School Credit If Certain Conditions Are Met 1.The pupil’s performance must indicate preparedness. 2.The teacher is licensed in that high school content area. 3.Equivalent curriculum and assessments are used.
