What did I Compare? I compared different brand of color pencils. The brands I compared was: Crayola, Sargent Art, and Cra- Z-Art. Each had twelve colored pencils, but they were all different prices. So, I figured out how much was one color pencil in each box.
4
How much was in each Box? Cra-Z-Art = 2.95 Sergent Art = 2.50 Crayola = 2.80 Crayola = $2.80 12 When you divide this you get.23 cents for each colored pencils
5
Sergent Art Sergent Art=2.50 12 When you divide these you get.20 cents per colored pencil.
6
Cra-Z-Art Cra-Z-Art = $2.95 12 When you divide these you get.24 cents per colored pencil.
7
What’s the Best Price? Here are our unit rates for all three of them. Cra-Z-Art =.24 per cents colored pencil Sergent Art =.20 per cents colored pencil Crayola =.23 per cents colored pencil So, in this case Crayola is the cheapest because it has the lowest price out of all three of them
